It’s the most wonderful time of the year… to reap the health benefits of your favourite holiday music. Did you know that listening to music has all kinds of positive effects on your body and mind, and your favourite holiday music can be especially beneficial during what is often a busy, stressful time.

As it turns out, those classic Christmas tunes you love are good for your heart. (Even for a Grinch with a heart two sizes too small.) Your blood pressure, heart rate, and cortisol levels can all be decreased—thus reducing stress—when you settle back and enjoy your favourite music.
