Take a moment to consider that there’s a lot to celebrate about the indoors too. Here are a few great ways to embrace the indoors this winter and feel great about it: 
  • Watch that film or read that book you’ve been meaning to
  • Try something new – drawing, painting by numbers, singing, baking, puzzles
  • Turn your workout into a work-in. 
  • Make a hot chocolate
